Ooohh! S1000R! [emoji2] Niice! Would defently buy that, but maby do some track driving with the MT first. The S1000R is on my top wish list, but costs to much and I would like a garage like yourself first :-) got my "utebod" built to a mini Mc-garage for now ;-)
I got the asking price minus...
I sold my Mt-07 after riding it 10 800km one season. Have had an absolutely wonderful time with it [emoji2]
I lost my mind completely and converted to Kawasaki [emoji83]
First impressions is that the Z800 is less agile and less playfully.
My wife wil keep here Mt-07 so I can still take that...
Hello.
Have anyone fitted a rad guard and also have the yamaha aluminium rad side covers?
Because the side covers reverse the bolts fitting a rad guard I don't know witch to buy.
Please share a link to website to buy and maybe a picture where you have it fitted [emoji4]
My Bridgestone Battlax Bt-023 looks like they never want to give up [emoji4]
They have now lasted 10 150km and still have more mm down to the wear marks.
How about you, how many km did you ride before changing? How many km do you got on the tires you still have on?
Hello! Well! It's done [emoji4] I cuttet the inner pipes in half! The sound is amazing [emoji1] Deep rumble and agressive when revving, but still within my neighbours comfort sone 06:00 when I leave for work [emoji1] I have ridden 8800km but now It was actually like getting a new bike.
Hello. I grinded the inside of the wider parts of the inner pipes, made it a bit easyer to change but not easy enough. Still have to pull pretty hard, use wd-40 and "hand-tool" (don't know the english word). But I don't have to remove the whole exaust from the bike and hammer it out from the...
Yes, we can compare one day, preferably a sunny day :-)
I am going to expand the four holes today after work from 6,5mm to 8mm. I guess that should do it :-) Just giving it a touch more deep rumble. Doesn't get much louder, only deeper... more base :-)
I was really considering it, but was affraid it would be to much. I grinded the innside of the flanged sections with a powertool, so removal is now easyer :-)
Sorry, my mistake.. do you mean on the outside pipes? The one you can see looking at the bike?
In that case I think it would be better on the innside like I have done now.
I started where you mean, but looked twice on a photo of someone else that had done it and changed it the same way as he had done. But still, I got good results :-) but if I add more holes I can put them where you suggest :-) then I will have both places :-)
Sorry, my mistake.. do you mean on...
After riding 5100km with Akrapovic and Db-killer installed I decided to get some more sound.
The Akrapovic without db-killer is way to loud for my taste after 5min.
And this year sound pollution is HIGH priority for the police and the puplic roads administration, so got to keep the sound...

I use the bike every day to work. Live in Stavanger Norway, and have been rain almost everyday this month. I use Dainese goretex (will find the name at a later point) keeps me dry, but when it pores down the most like today, I take on a full body rainsuit over the riding gear. 100% dry but takes...
