My Bridgestone Battlax Bt-023 looks like they never want to give up [emoji4] They have now lasted 10 150km and still have more mm down to the wear marks. How about you, how many km did you ride before changing? How many km do you got on the tires you still have on?

Hello. I grinded the inside of the wider parts of the inner pipes, made it a bit easyer to change but not easy enough. Still have to pull pretty hard, use wd-40 and "hand-tool" (don't know the english word). But I don't have to remove the whole exaust from the bike and hammer it out from the...

Yes, we can compare one day, preferably a sunny day :-) I am going to expand the four holes today after work from 6,5mm to 8mm. I guess that should do it :-) Just giving it a touch more deep rumble. Doesn't get much louder, only deeper... more base :-)

I was really considering it, but was affraid it would be to much. I grinded the innside of the flanged sections with a powertool, so removal is now easyer :-)

Sorry, my mistake.. do you mean on the outside pipes? The one you can see looking at the bike? In that case I think it would be better on the innside like I have done now.
