I have bought a damaged MT07, the transponder that sits next to the ignition barrel has been damaged resulting in a SD-51 fault code (not reading key). I have bought the bike to race in a new LAMS Production class in NZ, has anyone had experience with bypassing the immobiliser?

Have any of you guys in Aussie ridden both the LAMs and non LAMs version of the 07? thoughts? I asked the dealer here if we are going to get it and he didn't know.
