Problem with posting

Hello! My wife has trouble posting. Everytime she tries to post something she gets this message where she' s told to solve a puzzle. (See picture). Where do we find it so we can fix this?

Can't see any image or word, no email either. It is on a samsung phone. Is there a way to get a verification email?

I had to verify all my posts in the beginning with this puzzle, something like the first 10 or so. Actually did not even realize i no longer did them before you brought this up.

She needs to post more, then it should be fine

...hmmm.. using Tapatalk on my iphone and can't post it up as no 'verification' image shown... Is there any way to 'approve' my acc so that verification is not appearing?
