I have, after my MT07 was damaged in a collision. They were my insurer's repairer of choice. They seem OK to me - I certainly had no issues with their service or repairs.

AFAIK, the 6,000 mile service is pretty much an oil change and safety check - hard to see how they justify £200 for that. Maybe OK if you want to maintain the warranty otherwise I can't see why most people wouldn't do it themselves.
