Thanks for your reply. I will have to see if my bike does this. I didn't buy the mt09 because several testers said that the throttle response is snatchy when transitioning on and off the throttle. For that matter, I am selling an otherwise very nice BMW k75 because it is so hard to shift...

On a related note, does anyone with an aftermarket exhaust experience this issue? Thanks!
