I wanted a "fun" bike, so I went with the non-ABS version. I love ABS, don't get me wrong, but I reserve that for touring bikes with higher spec ABS systems. The MT-07 has a basic cheap system that works, but is very intrusive and irritating, especially with my style of aggressive riding.

I'm Canadian living in Hungary - does that count? :) My red MT-07 should be arriving any week now this April.
