where is the ACC pin?

I just bought a waterproof USB power supply, there are three pins required, two directly from the battery, and one ACC pin, do you guys know where can i connect this ACC pin?

The Accessory socket is under the left side of the tank but it as 2 wires going to it
not one. Think there are some pics of it on the forum.
