The horn button

I don't think you will in a moment of panick. I just go for the world wide v sign coz the horn..when you eventually find it is a bit mopedish

Horn position strikes again :mad:

I was trying to let this lorry driver know my displeasure at him running a red light, but ended up sounding the horn way too briefly and pulling a little wheelie (more of a hop) instead. I forgot my clutch was out when I blipped the throttle.

Now actively looking for a louder horn with a better button position.

if this is such a huge problem, just replace the switchgears with one form another Yamaha.
I had a quick search on Ebay, and switchgears seem to run between $30-50 each, a small wiring job and your troubles should be gone for $100 and a small personal effort..
